Robin’s personal coaching sessions help you lose weight, gain strength and refine your discipline. Specialising in strength training, physical preparedness, pre and postnatal training plus adolescent sport training Robin is able to equip you with the skills and fitness you need to reach your goals. 

Her hard-core training program is based on the Strongman and Powerlifting disciplines, committed to building strength and endurance. 

Nutritional Therapist 

Alongside fitness programs and exercise, what you put into your body makes a world of difference to your waistline and the effectiveness of your workout. To ensure you get the most out of your food and your training, Robin creates a personalised meal plan to keep you on track. 

Consisting of nutritious and tasty dishes, your meals are calorie controlled and pre-made to keep you working towards your personal goals.  

Pre and Post Natal Training

Specially designed programs for Preggie Mums or New Mums wanting to get fit. This is a special time with major changes happening both physically and physiologically. Once you have got the go-ahead from your doctor come and see Robin for a tailor made program and PT sessions to get the best results. 

Little Warriors

We believe that health and wellness starts at a young age. Getting the kids to the gym to do some safe and enjoyable physical activity including fundamental movement skills, balance and co- ordination. We work out the child's overall goal and design a fitness program specifically for them.

Competition Prep

Figure competition is by far, the fastest growing segment of bodybuilding. It allows women to show off their hard work they've put in at the gym without having to be overly muscular. There are many women who have enough muscle and symmetry to compete if they would just lose enough body fat to bring out their physique... and there are many more who could compete with 6 months to a year of solid training.
