I decided at 35 it was time to join the gym, get fit and healthy. I was overweight, suffering with anxiety and medicated for this also … I thought “healthy body, healthy mind” so off I went and joined the gym in February.
Being a gym virgin, I felt like a lost puppy at first, not very confident at all. So after a few weeks I thought I’d book in a few PT Sessions with Robin ….. and haven’t looked back!

Robin is such an inspiration, she is one of those people who gives 110% at EVERYTHING she does, she is so dedicated and always bettering herself through added to her already extensive list of skills, all to better her clients…. And this is exactly how she is when training me. She gives her all! She pushes me when I need to be pushed, keeps me motived, she is always available for advice or help day or night …. She is trainer/motivator/friend/counsellor/nutritionist/life coach/cheerleader/inspiration/teacher/the list goes on and on.  

And my results speak for themselves. With Robin’s help, in the 3 months since we have started training I have lost almost 12kgs. I am fitter, healthier, stronger (both physically and mentally) and happier than I have ever been. I no longer suffer with anxiety, I’m un-medicated and I feel amazing! I am so surprised at the results that it has not only improved my physical health immensely, but my mental health also. I am a new person and I can’t thank Robin enough for all she has changed in my life.

I started training with Robin from Anytime Fitness Melton about 3 months ago with the hopes of losing fat in my abdominal area and to tone up my whole body. 

In the first 6 weeks of training I started noticing changes in my body, I started to gain definition and lost cms in areas and gained cms where I was starting to build muscle, and felt a lot more energetic.

What I have achieved with Robin’s help has far exceeded my expectations. My overall strength and fitness has improved in such a short amount of time and she is such an amazing trainer to work out with it almost feels like were not working out at all. 
Robin is fun, energetic and extremely passionate about her work.

Our sessions are always hard work but with an element of fun, which has helped to keep me motivated. I am currently aspiring to compete in September’s competition and would like to thank Robin for all her help she has gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals and I cant thank her enough she is truly inspirational. 
 
I would highly recommend Robin for anyone looking for great quality personal training at any fitness level!

I have been training with Robin weekly for six months. This was my first foray into personal training and I can’t believe that I never did it before! Robin is the perfect mix of genuine interest in you and your goals, knowledge, and tough love. I think my weeks would now feel empty if I didn’t get my dose of training from Robin. It is with great pleasure I provide a reference for Robin Kuipers at Meta Ballistic. I have been a client of Robin’s for approximately eight weeks and within this short space of time I am already seeing results.
  
Robin is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, enthusiastic and encouraging without being too soft. I need pushing beyond my comfort zone and Robin has certainly done this. She understands my goals and advises me on how to achieve them and the nutritional requirements to achieve them. Not only does her personal training session help me achieve my targets but she has written a challenging, but achievable, program for me.

Robin prepares her sessions beforehand so there is no “fluffing” around when you arrive and you are straight into your workout. During each session, Robin regularly reminds me of the milestones I have reached. She motivates, pushes yet praises throughout the session, however, I cannot say it is always a pleasurable experience – how can sweat and going beyond your comfort zone be a pleasure (although, after the session when I look back on what I have done, the euphoria kicks in).

Robin has definitely a proven ability to help her clients with their fitness and nutritional goals, to motivate and encourage all, irrespective of their journey.
